THE LATEST NEWS IS THAT AT LONG LAST THE CAR PARK SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF APRIL AND OPEN IN MAY.I KNOW THAT THIS IS EAGERLY ANTICIPATED BY CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESSES ALIKE. THE CHAMBER WILL BE MONITORING FOOTFALL TO MEASURE THE ANTICPATED INCREASE IN VISITS WHICH THE NEW TRAFFIC ORDER TO DATE, HAS ONLY HELPED TO RESTRICT. |

LATEST INFORMATION FROM RCT IS THAT THE TRAFFIC ORDER RESTRICTING ACCESS TO TAFF STREET WILL NOW NOT COME INTO EFFECT ON THE 19TH BUT HAS BEEN DELAYED UNTIL MON THE 26TH NOV 07. |

The experimental closure of Taff St to all traffic other than limited exemptions will commence Monday 19th Nov 07. The restriction will run mon to sat between the hours of 11.00am and 4.00pm.
ALL DELEVERIES WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED TO FALL OUTSIDE OF THE RESTRICTED TIMES!!! |
